MAKES: 10 - 15 slices YOU NEED:
INGREDIENTS:
_____________________________________________________________________________ Step 1 Roughly cut and crush the rich tea biscuits with a knife or your hands Click on thumbnail to enlarge picture (applies to all images)
Step 2 Whisk the butter, sugar and egg together in a bowl until creamy
Step 3 Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt in the microwave on a high setting between 1 and 1½ minutes then stir it until it is smooth
Step 4 Mix together the butter and sugar mixture, melted chocolate, crushed biscuits, and sieved cocoa powder.
Step 5 Line the cake tin with cling film. Spoon the dough into the tin and smooth it out by pressing down hard. Cover the top with clingfilm.
Step 6 Chill in the freezer for one hour; cut the cake into slices and enjoy!
